Responsible for the development and maintenance of technical elements, products, processes and services which together comprise the standard desktop environment.

Provides consultation to business area management and staff at the highest technical level for all aspects of end user computing applications and network-based PC/workstation systems software and hardware. In depth experience with desktop operating system environments and system deployments. Act as the subject matter expert for SCCM infrastructure in terms of configuration and deployment of applications, security updates, OS updates, and any relevant MicroSoft updates. Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the package updates and deployments via SCCM. Responsible for maintaining the health of the client’s software. Frequently acts as a Project Leader. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
