The Manager, Organizational Governance is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Organizational Governance program and related framework, which includes standards and practices for developing and managing organizational business processes and services. This role will provide ongoing management of the framework to ensure appropriate oversight and alignment of the process roles and responsibilities. Specific responsibilities include:
Support efforts to define accountability and boundaries for cross- business (interdisciplinary) activities and processes that have significant impact on the organization.
Clarify corporate and business area roles and responsibilities relative to organizational activities.
Assess gaps and develop standards for development, delegation, oversight and control of cross-organizational activities, such as:
Policies and procedures,
Cross-business governance/steering committees,
Administration of contracts,
Business development and implementation.
Business life cycle.
Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting for the established organizational governance processes.
Coordinate with Corporate Audit and Compliance for internal and external audits/reviews.
Coordinate with the business and with the ERM/Control function to ensure alignment of risk, control and oversight activities and information.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent.
At least five (5)+ years of progressively advanced experience in controls and governance or related business area. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
