AmeriHealth Caritas, Philadelphia, PA seeks a Senior File Transfer Engineer to Perform scalability, performance tuning and high availability, disaster recovery, production support, and maintenance activities of the Sterling File Gateway infrastructure. Interface with external vendors and internal technical and business teams to setup critical file transmissions. Collaborate with vendors and internal business partners to collect system and business requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Control Center, Sterling Secure Proxy and VMware for customer business processes, services, service configurations, system settings and properties. Oversee file transfer requirements and ensure deadlines are met. Utilize and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator maps and program extended rules and create application mapping. Utilize XML and Java scripting to generate and support data mapping and process models within Sterling File Gateway. Document and write technical procedures. Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure seamless migration of files and ensure quality assurance is maintained. Develop, design and create customer files transfer credentials within the IBM Sterling Integrator developer module. Monitor failures and remediate within service level standards. Assess current framework and recommend process improvements. Utilize FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP and HTTP/S communication protocols to fulfill customer credentialing requirements. Utilize PGP, SSL and SSH encryption protocols to support customer configuration requirements in Sterling File Gateway.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience utilizing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Control Center, Sterling Secure Proxy and VMware for secure data file transfers. Must have 5 years of experience: (i) developing, designing and creating customer files transfer credentials within the IBM Sterling Integrator developer modules; (ii) utilizing FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP and HTTP/S communication protocols to fulfill customer credentialing requirements; (iii) utilizing PGP, SSL and SSH encryption protocols to support customer configuration requirements in Sterling File Gateway; and (iv) utilizing XML and Java scripting to generate and support data mapping and process models within Sterling File Gateway.
